Current workmanship warranty periods, what they cover and how to request an assessment if something is not right.
Classic Fit's current retail seat-cover ranges carry workmanship warranties of up to six years. The workmanship period begins on the purchase date and is separate from product fitment, the seats covered and any vehicle-specific requirements.

What the workmanship warranty addresses
The workmanship warranty addresses faults in workmanship and manufacture, such as faulty stitching, material faults arising under normal use or premature failure of components.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage and damage caused by misuse are different from manufacturing defects. Examples can include damage from sharp objects, pets, tools, burns, staining, unsuitable cleaning or incorrect fitting.
How to request an assessment
Contact Classic Fit before returning an item. Include your order number or proof of purchase, product name or SKU, a description of the issue and clear photographs or a short video where they help show the problem.
If an inspection or return is required, the team will provide the correct next step and return arrangements.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
A written workmanship warranty does not replace the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law. Those rights can continue after the written warranty period. The remedy available depends on the nature and circumstances of the problem.
