“A lot of businesses who were manufacturing car seat covers throughout Australia just gave up and closed down as the configurations became too complex and overwhelming with the airbags for many of them.  So suppliers for custom made car seat covers became rarer and hence those who remained in the market became more popular as there were not that many suppliers who were still operating AND who were 100% Australian made.”
