Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide from our Ingleburn, NSW warehouse. Below is everything you need to know about delivery times, processing, and tracking.

Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide only.
International shipping is not available at this stage.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to pick, pack and prepare your order.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–8 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–12 business days

These timeframes are an estimate only and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

Made-to-Order Products

Some vehicle-specific seat covers may be made to order depending on stock levels and model type.
If your product requires additional production time, please allow an extra 5–10 business days before dispatch.

If this applies to your order, we will keep you updated.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

You can check your parcel status at any time using the provided tracking link.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within three (3) business days of ordering, please get in touch with us.

  • Other reputable courier partners

Your tracking email will note who is handling your order.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the order is returned to us, re-delivery fees may apply.
