Classic Fit Car Seat Covers are designed for everyday comfort, long-lasting protection and reliable performance. A workmanship warranty covers every product to give you confidence when you buy from us.

Below you’ll find the warranty periods for each material, what they cover, and how to make a claim if needed.

Warranty Periods

Your workmanship warranty begins on the date of purchase.

  • Tuff Skin Neoprene: 2-Year Warranty
  • Yukon Sheepskin (20mm pile): 5-Year Warranty
  • Eureka Sheepskin (25mm pile): 6-Year Warranty

These warranties apply to the original purchaser only.

What the Warranty Covers

Our workmanship warranty covers:

  • Faulty stitching
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material faults that occur under everyday use
  • Premature separation or failure of components
  • If an issue arises, we’ll assess it and provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

What the Warranty Doesn’t Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Wear caused by incorrect installation
  • Damage from pets, tools, sharp objects or heavy abrasion
  • Burns, stains, spills or chemical damage
  • Odours, contamination or improper cleaning
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Use on vehicles not listed in the product description

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To start a claim:

  1. Please email us at sales@classicfitcarseatcovers.com.au
  2. Include your order number, contact details, and a description of the issue
  3. Attach photos or a short video clearly showing the problem

Our team will review your claim and reply with the next steps.
In most cases, we will request that the product be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement.

Returning a Warranty Item

If your claim is approved, we’ll provide:

  • Return instructions
  • The correct return address
  • Any additional information needed

Returned items must be clean and in reasonable condition so they can be adequately assessed.

Shipping Costs

  • Return postage for warranty claims is usually the customer’s responsibility.
  • We cover shipping for approved replacement items.
  • If a product fault is confirmed on arrival, we may cover both ways at our discretion.
