We want you to feel confident when shopping with Classic Fit Car Seat Covers. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Because each cover is manufactured to suit specific vehicle models or universal fit requirements, we cannot resell opened or trial-fitted seat covers.

Please choose carefully and use our Find My Vehicle tool for guidance before ordering.

Incorrect or Faulty Item

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect or faulty product, please get in touch with us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will review and advise on the next steps, which may include replacement parts, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Warranty Claims

All products are covered by their respective workmanship warranty:

  • Yukon Sheepskin: 6-Year Warranty
  • Eureka Sheepskin: 6-Year Warranty
  • Tuff Skin Neoprene: 2-Year Warranty

Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, excessive wear, or improper cleaning is not covered.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please get in touch with us with supporting photos and proof of purchase.

Returns Process

If your return or warranty claim is approved, we will provide:

  • Instructions on how to package your item
  • The correct return shipping address
  • Any additional information required

Returned products must be in clean condition. Items showing heavy wear, pet hair, stains, odours, or damage may not be eligible.

Shipping Costs

In most cases:

  • The customer covers return shipping for warranty claims
  • We cover shipping for dispatching approved replacements

If an error is made on our end, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
